Timber & hybrid construction projects

Alternative construction methods are key drivers in the transition towards a more sustainable built environment. By combining renewable materials with intelligent structural systems, these projects reduce CO₂ emissions while offering flexibility and efficiency.
At B2Ai, timber is not treated as a standalone solution but as part of an integrated, circular design approach. Through modular systems, prefabrication and hybrid structures, we explore how buildings can be designed for adaptability, disassembly and long-term value.

Following selection of projects illustrates how timber and bio-based materials can be applied across different programmes and scales contributing to robust, future-proof architecture.

“Modular systems are the basis for a transition to circular thinking and building.”
