Leopolskazerne Ghent & Egied Van Broeckhovenschool Brussels awarded
B2Ai is proud to be involved of not one, but two award-winning projects at the 2025 Publica Awards.
The circular transformation of the former Vandenheuvel brewery bottling plant into the Egied Van Broeckhovenschool in Sint-Jans-Molenbeek was awarded Gold in the Heritage & Architecture category.
In the same category, De Kazerne Ghent received the Public Choice Award.
This project involved the redevelopment of the former closed Leopold Barracks into a vibrant new city district; provincial HQ (by Sergison Bates Architects & 360 architecten), housing & hotel (by B2Ai)
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who cast their vote.
