The Arch shortlisted for RES Awards

The Arch in Brussels has been nominated for the RES Awards 2025 in the commercial development category. Organised by the Real Estate Society (RES vzw), the awards annually recognise excellence in Belgian real estate development.

With The Arch, B2Ai architects deliver an exceptional circular office renovation on the edge of the Brussels North District. The office building, originally constructed in the 1990s, has been redesigned as an open, inviting and future-proof urban building. By introducing public functions at ground level, The Arch marks an important step in the district’s transformation into a mixed and vibrant urban neighbourhood.

The collaboration between Cores Development and B2Ai has resulted in a highly efficient and future-proof office building. Crelan will tailor the building as its new headquarters, reinforcing its commitment to a future-oriented and sustainable workplace.
