Start last project on the front line of the ZAAT in Temse

Residentie BELGICA, a residential tower of eleven floors with a ‘crown’ of two more floors, is the last project in the skyline of de ZAAT in Temse. The building is the final piece of the puzzle in the reconversion of the ‘Boelwerf’. The design was made on behalf of developer Nieuw Temse/Cordeel. Inspired by the water of the river Schelde, we opted for an organic shape. The façade in white, profiled aluminum plating is wrapped in gulf-like white concrete balconies. The wooden accents in the ceiling of the balconies and main entrance create a warm touch.

The residential tower will hold 44 apartments and one penthouse, surrounded by a green plot. The construction started recently and will be finished mid-2022.
