Residence BELGICA is a high-end residential tower along the Scheldt in Temse, the last one in line for the implementation of the eponymous master plan, which redefines the former sites of the Boelwerf. It consists of 10 above-ground levels, each with 4 types of apartments, increased by 2 retracted crown floors. A green zone will be created around it.
The materialization is a contemporary application and interpretation of the existing white riverbank architecture. The facade cladding of white profiled aluminium is wrapped around a wave-like balcony in white architectural concrete. The wood accents in the ceilings of the balconies and the main entrance provide a warm contrast.
