Showroom Wienerberger Londerzeel

Innovative retail concept

Fifteen years after the showroom in Londerzeel was opened, B2Ai interior has brought its own design up to date. In close consultation with Wienerberger, the classic showroom concept was reimagined, putting the focus on the consumer experience. B2Ai Interior set up a digital environment where visitors can interactively assemble combinations of materials. It also used inspiration boxes and technical models for renovations.

Customer experience
£For many years the construction industry has put its trust in the showroom beside the A12 motorway in Londerzeel for information and inspiration. The redesigned showroom has taken on a new dimension: digital experience. This experiential journey starts at home when you make your appointment to visit the showroom. Using the online tool, visitors can upload concrete info such as plans or 3D images and create a mood board with inspiring photos. This approach allows for a far more focused approach to the showroom visit.

In the showroom, the bricks, tiles and reference images have been given a QR code, so this info can also be added to the visitors’ digital file, added value for the physical experience around which the earlier showroom concept had already been built.

A pavilion within a pavilion
A new central pavilion makes it easier for customers to talk to advisers. Each workstation has big screens which give access to the digital customer file, and can display material combinations and corresponding reference images to visitors. Thanks to this comprehensive digitisation, customers will have access to accurate and personalised product information.  With this innovative interior concept, Wienerberger stands ready to inform and inspire its customers in a way that is right up to date.
