All the technology has been incorporated subtly using ceiling apertures or invisible open joints in the furnishings.

The colour pallet is black and white in combination with natural materials such as oak. Oak was also used for the parquet and in the cupboards, as well as the internal lift that was installed to ensure that this residence is suitable for all stages of life. Furniture and furnishings add extra colour, while yellow accents give a holiday feeling. The Colemont gas fireplace adds the finishing touch. The exquisitely detailed lighting is mainly by Kreon.
