Opening of Brigitte Becue swimming pool

The new urban swimming pool in Ostend opened at the beginning of May. Together with VenhoevenCS we designed an Olympic pool with a multifunctional instruction pool and a large recreational zone. On top of this swimming complex, we constructed 22 social apartments. The architecture seeks lightness and an open character, with tones that are attuned to the surrounding environment. The Brigitte Becue swimming pool is a project by swimming pool manager FARYS, commissioned by the city of Ostend.
