Together with developer Degroote, CM and the municipality of Ostend we create an extra green lung of more than 10.000sqm in the heart of the city. Housing a new park for the neighbourhood, an urban farm, a city ‘pergola’ and an orchard, we create “NATURE IN THE CITY”
The 185 affordable housing units (apartments and houses) for the local people of Ostend and the new campus for CM make the site into a lively place.
This metamorphosis will work as an catalysator to connect and greenify the neighbourhood of Westerkwartier.
