Residence BELGICA, a residential tower with eleven storeys and two withdrawn ‘crown floors’, has reached its final height. It is the very last project on the frontline of the Zaat in Temse. It thus also forms the final piece of the reconversion of the Boelwerf. A maypole was planted at the beginning of July together with project developer Nieuw Temse/Cordeel.
