Residential site Upliving BXL – The Brewery opened

Federal Minister of Energy, Tinne Van der Straeten, and the mayor of Koekelberg, Ahmed Laaouej, opened the new residential site Upliving BXL – The Brewery in Koekelberg last Saturday. The new housing and living concept of Upgrade Estate was developed to suit starters and young professionals, whereby the connection between people is central. The residential site has 107 rental apartments and the tenants have access to a communal garden, a relaxation room and a laundry room.
