Building permit obtained for The Lighthouse in Brussels!

We are delighted to announce a major milestone to create an exceptional workspace in the heart of Brussels. A beacon of innovation and sustainability, The Lighthouse has obtained its building permit in just 6 months!

Located in Brussels’ business district, the project offers 5,650 m² GLA spread over 11 floors of premium office space and state-of-the-art facilities.

The quality renovation being carried out by developer BESIX RED and B2Ai is designed to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and Well Platinum certifications. The other study partners are B2Ai engineering Lemaire ingénieurs, Venac, Beos and Socotec.

The Lighthouse is fossil fuel-free, exceptionally accessible to all forms of transport and offers 360° panoramic views of the city.
