Le nouveau stade sera ainsi le premier en Belgique \u00e0 \u00eatre dot\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019inverse d\u2019un stade traditionnel, d\u2019un anneau de compression int\u00e9rieur et d\u2019un anneau de traction ext\u00e9rieur pour servir de support \u00e0 la toiture. Cette technique permet de r\u00e9duire la hauteur de la rive du toit\u00a0et d\u2019int\u00e9grer le nouveau stade dans son environnement tout en offrant une plus-value visuelle un cadre visuel qualitatif aux spectateurs.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Avec l\u2019approche holistique des architectes, nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 ce que la structure du stade soit au service de l\u2019architecture et non une contrainte. En utilisant nos derniers d\u00e9veloppements de calculs en 3D, nous avons su r\u00e9pondre en un temps record &#8211; deux mois\u00a0! &#8211;\u00a0 aux demandes de l\u2019utilisateur, du constructeur et des architectes, notamment en testant simultan\u00e9ment plusieurs hypoth\u00e8ses. La solution adopt\u00e9e favorise l\u2019effet bowl\u00a0: une rive de toiture moins haute qui conserve un traitement structurel homog\u00e8ne.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><br \/>\nKlaas De Rycke, Partner de Bollinger+Grohmann et Directeur des agences Paris \/ Bruxelles &#8211; et originaire de Bruges<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le principe de d\u00e9part pour la toiture a \u00e9t\u00e9 de maintenir la corniche au niveau le plus bas possible, ce qui nous a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 une solution d&#8217;anneau de compression : une ligne structurelle qui flotte au-dessus des spectateurs et qui dirige l&#8217;attention vers le terrain. La structure renforce l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience, augmente l&#8217;ambiance dans le bowl.\u00bb<\/em><br \/>\nKenny Verbeeck, G\u00e9rant de Bollinger+Grohmann Bruxelles<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Le stade a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 sur un soubassement de 6 m\u00e8tres de haut. Cette technique permet de r\u00e9aliser une deuxi\u00e8me r\u00e9duction d\u2019\u00e9chelle pour assurer une int\u00e9gration importante du projet dans son environnement. Les angles arrondis du stade permettront eux aussi d\u2019adoucir l\u2019impact visuel. Nous avons l\u2019exp\u00e9rience locale de projets \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, SCAU a l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la construction de stades. Pour nous, il s\u2019agit de l\u2019un des projets les plus importants auxquels nous prendrons part au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es et un partenaire avec une telle envergure internationale repr\u00e9sente incontestablement une plus-value.&#8221;<\/em><br \/>\nXavier Callens, B2Ai Architecten<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous menons depuis de longues ann\u00e9es une d\u00e9marche de recherche sur le r\u00f4le du jeu dans la cit\u00e9 (Stade de France, Stade V\u00e9lodrome de Marseille, et derni\u00e8rement le Stade Bauer de Saint-Ouen ou encore l\u2019Ar\u00e9na Porte de la Chapelle \u00e0 Paris\u2026), sur la puissance symbolique de l\u2019aire de jeu, sur l\u2019\u00e9volution des \u00e9quipements sportifs en relation avec l\u2019espace public. Parce qu\u2019il est une affaire de contours (qui d\u00e9limitent sans s\u00e9parer), et parce qu\u2019il est un outil de r\u00e9apprentissage des modalit\u00e9s du commun, nous sommes convaincus que le jeu est un support pour reconstruire une approche globale de la ville. \u00bb<\/em><br \/>\nMathieu Cabannes, Partner SCAU architecture<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Quand le stade est en sommeil, sa structure donne encore quelques signes de vie. Enveloppant le p\u00e9ristyle et sa colonnade, une membrane p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique poursuit la r\u00e9alisation des deux objectifs du projet : \u00e0 la fois cr\u00e9er de l\u2019exception pour l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, et cr\u00e9er un sentiment de douceur, presque un effacement, pour les habitants quotidiens du quartier et du parc.
