En soutien au restaurant et \u00e0 la caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria, le niveau -1 a \u00e9t\u00e9 transform\u00e9 de parking en cuisine industrielle \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Sur les autres \u00e9tages de bureaux (+02 \u00e0 +11), un noyau central a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9 au plan ouvert. Ce noyau comprend principalement les salles de r\u00e9union et les points de rencontre n\u00e9cessaires. Autour de ce noyau central, des casiers pour le personnel ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9vus. Un m\u00e9lange de bureaux ouverts et ferm\u00e9s, combin\u00e9 \u00e0 une approche innovante, des postes de travail flexibles,.. forment la definition de ces \u00e9tages de bureaux. Samen met onze architecten en interieurarchitecten gingen zij op zoek naar de perfecte integratie tussen nieuwe technieken in een bestaande setting waarbij in samenspraak met de bouwheer de optie genomen is om een vrij groot deel van de inrichting in vast meubilair uit te voeren.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce projet, une vaste collaboration avec Tractebel Engineering a \u00e9t\u00e9 entam\u00e9e. Avec nos architectes et architectes d&#8217;int\u00e9rieur, ils sont partis \u00e0 la recherche de l&#8217;int\u00e9gration parfaite des nouvelles techniques dans un cadre existant o\u00f9, en concertation avec le client, l&#8217;option a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise de r\u00e9aliser une partie assez importante de l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur en mobilier fixe.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast stond ons kantoor ook in voor de aanleg van de binnentuin. Deze niet publiek toegankelijke buitenruimte vormt een verlengstuk aan de cafetaria op de eerste verdieping.<br \/>\nDe plus, notre bureau \u00e9tait \u00e9galement responsable de l&#8217;am\u00e9nagement du jardin de la cour int\u00e9rieure. Cet espace ext\u00e9rieur non accessible au public est un prolongement de la caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria du premier \u00e9tage.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 210px;\">&#8220;En ajoutant un certain nombre d&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ments verts et un banc monumental continu, une solution sur mesure a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9e aux
