Le socle est compos\u00e9 de panneaux de b\u00e9ton industriel avec un relief en bois de couleur terracotta, qui fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au corps des pompiers et \u00e0 la palette de couleurs du centre-ville de Bruges. Le volume principal conserve la m\u00eame palette de couleurs mais pr\u00e9sente un relief suppl\u00e9mentaire gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une grille de nageoires horizontales et verticales en b\u00e9ton architectural. Le b\u00e2timent principal est situ\u00e9 sur le centre du socle en Z, ancr\u00e9 aux \u00e9tages inf\u00e9rieurs qui servent de centre logistique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ceinture verte invitante et toits verts<br \/>\n<\/strong>L&#8217;am\u00e9nagement paysager a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du processus de conception. Autant d&#8217;espaces verts que possible ont \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9s sur le site.
