Avec la boutique de fruits Isabelle, ils forment le visage et les portes d&#8217;entr\u00e9e de cet \u00eelot r\u00e9sidentiel. Il y a un engagement massif en faveur de suffisamment d&#8217;abris \u00e0 v\u00e9los combin\u00e9s \u00e0 des bancs de pique-nique. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNous avons mis l&#8217;accent sur une diversit\u00e9 de formes de logement et de typologies. Il y a des maisons au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e avec jardin, des maisons superpos\u00e9es avec de grands balcons, des lofts, de grands et petits appartements, tous orient\u00e9s vers les jardins communs ou la rue.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>B2Ai souhaite attirer un large public avec De Stokerie. Il y en a donc pour tous les go\u00fbts. L\u2019ancien magasin de meubles est int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans le projet, maintenant la reconnaissance du site. Le choix de doter les porteries et les passages couverts de blanc, en contraste avec la brique rouge-brun nuanc\u00e9e des nouvelles maisons, renforce encore cette reconnaissance. En optant pour une architecture en briques et diverses typologies avec des toits \u00e0 deux versants, l&#8217;\u00e9chelle humaine a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans le projet. Contrairement aux grands b\u00e2timents collectifs, cela aide les r\u00e9sidents \u00e0 s&#8217;identifier \u00e0 leur logement et \u00e0 avoir plus rapidement le sentiment de rentrer chez eux. Les volumes en saillie et en retrait contribuent \u00e9galement \u00e0 cette \u00e9chelle humaine du
