Curando en mati\u00e8re de soins aux personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La construction d\u2019un nouveau b\u00e2timent durable s\u2019impose, sans que les travaux ne nuisent au bon fonctionnement de la maison de repos existante. En plus de cela, les b\u00e2timents de l\u2019\u00e9cole secondaire sont aujourd\u2019hui inoccup\u00e9s et les salles de r\u00e9union de Curando doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9nov\u00e9es. Les <strong>coursives<\/strong> couvertes permettront d\u2019acc\u00e9der s\u00e9par\u00e9ment aux diff\u00e9rentes fonctions du Village de soins \u2013\u00a0salon de coiffure, \u00e9choppe, bistrot, salles polyvalentes et salle de sport\u00a0\u2013, \u00e9galement pour les personnes ext\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n<p>Autour de ce c\u0153ur battant, les r\u00e9sidents profitent d\u2019un habitat vari\u00e9 compos\u00e9 d\u2019un m\u00e9lange de flats et de studios, compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par une s\u00e9rie de coins salons ouverts, diff\u00e9rents lieux de convivialit\u00e9 accueillants et un jardin collectif sur le toit de la salle de sport. Ce grand jardin sur\u00e9lev\u00e9 est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de bancs, d\u2019un sentier de promenade couvert, d\u2019une voli\u00e8re et d\u2019un terrain de p\u00e9tanque.<\/p>\n<p>Les salles de troisi\u00e8me b\u00e2timent r\u00e9sidentiel \u00e0 l\u2019intention de divers groupes cibles susceptibles d\u2019avoir recours aux services du Village de soins pourra encore venir compl\u00e9ter le plan directeur.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019esprit \u00ab\u00a0Village de soins\u00a0\u00bb est particuli\u00e8rement renforc\u00e9 par la<strong> volum\u00e9trie, l\u2019am\u00e9nagement des abords et
