mensen voor Accountancy Service. De bouwheer wilde een nieuw en duurzaam kantoorgebouw optrekken. De betonelementen bepalen de architecturale verschijningsvorm van het kantoor.<\/p>\n<p>Het perceel omvat over een lengte van 12 meter een niveauverschil: de tuin ligt ongeveer 90cm lager dan de voortuinstrook op straatniveau. Deze natuurlijke helling werd in het ontwerp voor het nieuwe kantoorgebouw opgenomen. Om de tuin niet te gebruiken als parking werd beslist om het parkeren onder het gebouw te organiseren. Door het nieuwbouwvolume lichtjes op te tillen ten opzichte van het straatniveau, kwam er ruimte vrij zonder echt ondergronds te moeten gaan. Hierdoor krijgt de parkeerruimte met fietsenstalling daglicht rondom en lijkt het gebouw te structuur en technische uitrusting zo goed mogelijk in de architectuur te integreren. Van daaruit ontstond het idee om een gevel te ontwikkelen, opgebouwd uit lamellen in wit architectonisch zichtbeton.
