Strategically located between the VUB campus and Etterbeek station, the building is being transformed into a multifunctional educational campus spanning 11,400 m\u00b2. With planning permission secured, the opening is scheduled for September 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Commissioned by the Flemish Community Commission and in collaboration with Befimmo, the former Beobank building is being redeveloped through a public-private partnership into a flexible, future-ready learning environment. The existing H-shaped structure forms the basis for a new school campus that will accommodate 1,150 pupils. wo Dutch-speaking secondary schools will relocate here: GO! These facilities will be used by pupils from the campus and neighbouring schools during the day and will be made available to local sports clubs outside school hours \u2013 maximising shared use and social value.<\/p>\n<p>A key element of the project is the integration of a new community centre with approximately 1,000 m\u00b2 of multipurpose spaces and a theatre.
